Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with any original packaging or tags when applicable.

Due to the nature of our inventory, certain items, including collectibles, trading cards, comics, clearance items, and products sold as-is, may be final sale. Any final-sale restrictions will be clearly stated in the product listing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when possible. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed upon as part of the resolution.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items or changes of mind.
